3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Run7 AI. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.

5. Content Creation and Ownership

• Creator Content: As a creator, you retain ownership of the content you upload, share, or create using Run7 AI, including any AI-generated content. By uploading content to the platform, you grant Run7 AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content.
• Subscriber Content: Subscribers may be able to engage with or comment on the content posted by Creators, but do not retain any ownership of the Creator's content.
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated through our AI tools is subject to the same ownership policies outlined above.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

• Subscriptions and Payments: Run7 AI allows Subscribers to pay Creators using cryptocurrencies. Payments are processed using third-party crypto payment processors, and you acknowledge that these transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.
• No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we do not offer refunds on any payments made for subscriptions or content.

7. Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, offensive, or otherwise harmful.
• Use Run7 AI for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the functioning of the platform or its AI systems.
• Engage in activities that could disrupt or negatively affect other users or the platform.

8. Rights and Responsibilities of Run7 AI

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
