  • The use of AI in our platform makes your experience more vast and interesting. We also accept various forms of payment, including crypto which makes it easier for you to choose. Aside from those, you are also able to interact with your favorite creators and their exclusive contents just for you.

5. What cryptocurrencies are accepted?
  • We support various cryptocurrencies because we have partnered with CoinBase and NowPayments.
6. How do I set up a crypto wallet?
  • You can create a CoinBase or NowPayments account for a more seamless crypto transaction on our platform.
7. Are there fees for crypto transactions?
  • Yes, the fees are determined by our payment platforms, CoinBase and NowPayments.
8. Can I withdraw my earnings in fiat currency?
  • For now, we can only do withdrawal using USD to your PayPal account. However, we are still working on withdrawal using other currencies, including fiat.
9. Is crypto payment secure?
  • Yes, our crypto payment is ensured by our payment platform, CoinBase and NowPayments. You do not have to worry about the security.

10. How do I protect my content from unauthorized access?
  • For creators, you can choose whether your content is accessible for the general audience or for your subscribers only. We make sure that your exclusive content can only be accessed on our platform.
11. What types of content are allowed?
  • We have no limitation to contents shared as long as the content is not offensive towards any religion, ethnicity, gender, or any other aspect of an individual’s identity. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit content that promotes violence, hatred, or any form of discrimination. We want a platform that fosters a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where all users can feel welcome and valued.
12. Can subscribers download my content?
  • No. Your content is platform-exclusive and is protected. Thus, you do not have to worry about content piracy.

  • Should you encounter technical issues, feel free to contact hello@run7.ai and our support team will get back to you. Our support team is contactable everyday for 24/7.
14. Is there a mobile app?
  • As of now, we are a web-based platform. Our mobile app is currently under development.
15. What are the system requirements?
  • As long as you have a functioning web browser and Internet, you can access Run7 AI’s site without hassle.

Subscriptions and Monetization

16. How do subscriptions work?
  • Creators can choose whether to have a free profile or a subscription-only profile. For a free profile, most of the creators’ posts will be visible to the general audience but creators can choose to have a pay per view content, in which case, a person needs to pay to unlock that particular content. If a creator chooses to make their profile subscription-only, then an individual must be subscribed to that creator’s profile to view all of the contents. The monthly subscription cost depends on each creator.
17. What percentage of my earnings does the platform take?
  • You can enjoy 80% of your earnings for we only take 20% of your earnings per month.
18. How can I attract more subscribers?
  • You can promote your Run7 AI profile to your social media followers on other platforms. Encourage them to subscribe by offering a teaser to your exclusive contents.

Security and Data Privacy

19. Is my data safe on this platform?
  • Yes, we ensure the safety of your data because we comply with data protection regulations such as the GDPR, CCPA, VCDPA, FDBR, UK, and PIPEDA. You can check our Privacy Policy page for more information.
20. What happens if my account is hacked?
  • If your account is hacked, please report to hello@run7.ai and provide us with necessary information that proves the account  belongs to you. We will assist in retrieving your account once we confirm the accuracy of your data.
21. How does the platform ensure secure transactions?
